Are you open 24 hours?

Calls, texts and online appointment requests are available 24 hours a day. Detailing services are performed at your location after your appointment time and final price are confirmed.

Question 2

Do you come to my home or workplace?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We are a fully mobile service. We detail your vehicle in your driveway, apartment parking area (with permission) or your workplace parking lot, as long as we can safely reach the vehicle.

Which areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

Cypress, Bridgeland, Towne Lake, Fairfield, Copperfield and nearby communities. If you are just outside that range, call or text us and we will let you know if we can reach you.

Question 4

Do you need access to water or electricity?

Accepted Answer

A standard outdoor spigot and outlet make the job easier and are preferred. Tell us during booking if neither is available so we can plan for it before arriving.

Question 5

How long does a mobile detail take?

Accepted Answer

Roughly 1.5–2 hours for a Maintenance Detail, 2–3 hours for a Deep Interior Detail, 3–4 hours for a Full Detail and 4–6 hours for a Signature Protection Detail. Vehicle size and condition change these times.

What is included in a full detail?

The Full Interior & Exterior Detail includes everything in the Deep Interior Detail plus an exterior foam hand wash, bug and road-film removal, wheels, tires and wheel wells, door jambs, exterior glass, tire dressing and a paint-safe spray wax or sealant.

Can you remove stains, odors and pet hair?

We improve most stains, odors and pet hair, and we offer extraction, odor treatment and pet-hair add-ons. We cannot promise complete removal — permanent dye stains, burns, heavy smoke damage and set-in odors may only improve rather than disappear.

Why are prices listed as "starting at"?

Accepted Answer

Because vehicle size and condition change the work involved. A clean sedan and a three-row SUV with pet hair are not the same job. Your booking gives you an estimate, and any additional charge is approved by you before work begins.

What happens if it rains?

Accepted Answer

We monitor the forecast and will text you if we need to reschedule. Light drizzle may still allow interior work. Rescheduling for weather never carries a fee.

When does a condition charge apply?

Accepted Answer

Vehicles requiring significantly more time or labor may have an additional condition charge of $50–$150 for things like excessive dirt or buildup, severe staining, excessive pet hair, heavy sand or mud, smoke contamination or excessive trash. Photos may be requested, and every additional charge must be approved before work begins. Mold, biohazards, bodily fluids, pest contamination and unsafe conditions require a custom review and cannot receive an automatic final price.

How much does vehicle size change the price?

Accepted Answer

Coupes and sedans are the base price. Small SUVs and standard trucks add $40. Large SUVs, three-row vehicles and large trucks add $75. Oversized, commercial or specialty vehicles get a custom quote.

Question 12

How do I prepare my vehicle?

Accepted Answer

Remove personal belongings, valuables, car seats you want cleaned under, and anything you do not want moved. Please make sure the vehicle is accessible and unlocked at the start of your window.

Is my requested time automatically confirmed?

Accepted Answer

No. Submitting the form creates an appointment request. We text you at the number you provide to confirm availability, pricing and the arrival time.

Question 14

What forms of payment do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Payment is collected after the service is complete. Ask us which methods are currently accepted when we confirm your appointment. Online card payments and deposits will be added once online payment processing is enabled.

Question 15

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

Accepted Answer

Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule so we can offer the slot to someone else. Weather-related rescheduling is always free.
